Sony Ericsson has announced new phones from their Walkman series: the W880/W888 and W610. New models should follow famous forerunner – the W810. Sony Ericsson sold 20 million Walkman phones to date. They also announced a lot of music accessories witch should enhance the Walkman phone experience.
Sony Ericsson W880/W888
The W880/W888 is very slim (9.4mm), in fact it’s the slimmest phone from Sony Ericsson phone. It bring to us high Walkman phones experience and it can fit in your pocket. I must admit it’s great offer. In the box with this phone comes 1GB Memory Stick Micro™ card, witch means a lot of music, up to 900 songs. Applications like Walkman Player 2.0 and Disc2Phone will improve music experience, and help you to organize your play lists. Sony Ericsson W610 Walkman phone
The W610 Walkman phone remind us to earlier Walkman phones, but we must admit it looks attractive and powerful. It comes with 512MB Memory Stick Micro card, witch is enough for 450 songs. The W610 have TrackID music recognition application. Users record some unknown music track onto their phone, and this application will gives to user track name, artist and album. It’s very cool feature. Sony Ericsson like to say that “W610 is a credible fusion of phone, music player & digital camera”.
