Canon has decided to release the sleek new A570is, which brings a nice upgrade to the PowerShot series. With a nice optical stabilizer available, this camera offers an impressive 7.1MP that delivers a nice crisp picture. The major down side is the camera is only equipped with an optical zoom of 4x, which leaves long range shots nearly impossible. The good news is the camera does offer a nice and crisp 2.5” LCD screen so you can clearly see the shot you are taking before you actually take the shot. In combination with the face detection recognition, you are able to take some beautiful pictures without needing to be a professional. Additionally, the DIGIC III image processor is also able to offer advanced Noise Reduction technology that help improve the quality of the pictures even further.

The Canon PowerShot A570is has combined together some very powerful features that advanced users will enjoy with a sleek and easy to use ability as well. This ensures that almost everyone is able to successfully use the PowerShot. A total of 19 shooting modes are offered so the ability to capture the perfect shot is always just a click away.

This PowerShot is also offering a range of ISO speeds from as low as 80 all the way up to 1600, which gives the advanced user the benefit of truly customizing the picture around their exact needs. In addition, the PowerShot A570is offers numerous modes that are designed to help you select the appropriate settings instantly and include – auto, manual, portrait, landscape, indoor, kids & pets, movie, special scene, Program AE, Aperture Priority AE, Shutter Priority AE, and night snapshot. All of these options add up to an amazing array of choices and the perfect picture. The small size of 89.5 x 64.3 x 42.8 mm ensures that the camera fits virtually anywhere necessary and runs off of just two AA batteries. You are going to enjoy this camera thoroughly, though buying an additional SD card is recommended so you are able to take plenty of pictures before running out of space. The small 16MB card that is included will help you take a few shots, but you are not getting far with it.
